For the fall semester, our connect groups will be meeting every other week at the discretion of the group facilitators. Each group will have its own focus. Be sure to read about the topic & description for each offering. Choose a time & location & enter your information to sign up below. We’ll contact you following the sign-up period to confirm the start dates & Let you know next steps.

Topic: Ministry of Story Work

Description: Utilizing the works of Dr. Curt Thompson, Adam Young, and Dan Allendar, this GP Connect group will look at the work of Jesus and the power of presence in telling our stories more truthfully. We will dive into various Scriptures to study how Christ and His ministry reflected the transformative power of sharing "story work" and the healing that can happen in our times of authentic connection with others.

Description: We are doing a study on the Prophet Elijah, using the book "Elijah - A Man of Heroism and Humility" by Charles Swindoll, and the book of 1 Kings.

Description: Inspirational book by Max Lucado that examines the biblical story of the prophet Elijah to help readers find strength and peace during turbulent times.

Description: Bible Study focused on finding our identity, purpose, and worth in God rather than in achievement, comparison, or the pressure to have it all figured out.

Topic: MomTime (every 3rd Friday)

Description: A gathering for mothers to study scripture, be encouraged and encourage other mothers.

Natasha Schur Location: Millersville Weekday: Saturday Time: 9AM

Topic: Walk in Worship

Description: (This is a women's study) This group will meet outdoors and is weather-dependent. We will be walking the majority of the time, so please wear appropriate walking shoes. To begin, a brief daily devotional will be read from the book Breath as Prayer: Calm Your Anxiety, Focus Your Mind, & Renew Your Soul. We will then meditate on that prayer and scripture as we walk together, listen to worship music, enjoy God's creation, and simply connect with one another.
